This initial consultation is designed for first time clients with me or for clients that are unsure of what they need for their skin. It is a FREE serice and you are under no obligation to buy products or treatments.

To get the very best results from your treatments and home-care, it is imperative that we have an indepth consultation to find out what will be suitable for your skin type and condition.

At the consultation I will ask you a long list of questions about your skin and current skin care routine, about your general health and wellbeing, about any medication or drugs you are taking, about any known allergies you may have and about stress levels you may be experiencing. This allows me to build up a picture of things that may be impacting your skin and how we can work together to rectify these issues.

I will analyse your skin using my magnifying headset and be able to tell you about what I can see; therefore it is important for you to arrive at your appointment without make up on, without moisturiser and unwashed. This will allow me to ascertain your natural oil production and dehydration levels.

Bringing with you all of your current skincare, make up and medication will allow me to study the ingredients and inform you if any of them are hampering your skin condition.

An indepth consultation like this may take up to 30 minutes, which I believe is necessary to be able to advise and design the very best treatment plan for you.

All future treatments will still include a short consultation pre-treatment to ascertain any changes in your skin or general health situation.
